The Telangana State Photojournalists Association stage a protest against the recent assaults on photojournalists in Delhi, condemning them as an attack on press freedom. Taking place near Deshoddaraka Bhavan in Basheer Bagh, the demonstration demanded legal repercussions for the police officials responsible.

Anumalla Gangadhar, President of the Telangana State Photojournalists Association, alongside K.N. Hari, General Secretary, vehemently criticized the Delhi Police for their alleged brutal actions against photojournalists covering an Aam Aadmi Party protest. They stressed the importance of journalists and photojournalists in covering political events and emphasized that any form of violence against them is unacceptable.
