'Nie Nestam' draws 5 complaints

Five complaints were received during the public address program on Monday by the district police headquarters from various places.After interacting with the complainants, District Superintendent of Police, Dr Chetana, directed the circle inspectors and sub-inspectors to resolve them as per law. They were advised to resolve civil complaints in court.It also directed the SHO's to take immediate action on complaints brought by the public and see to it that complaints that bring justice to the victims are not pending. People are advised to put any complaints in the ‘Nie Nestam’ complaint boxes set up in their villages and legal action will be taken against them immediately. The SP said people should dial 100/112 in case of emergency and inform the police.
