Another shocker to YSR Congress party leader YS Sharmila in Telangana. She has been observing fast every Tuesday to bring pressure on Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao to fill vacant posts in the state. As part of her schedule, Sharmila was supposed to observe fast at Lingapur village in Dandepalli Mandal of Mancherial district on Tuesday.

A long shadow cast over the event as the father of an unemployed youth, who ended life due to the lack of employment opportunities in Telangana, appealed to Sharmila not to visit their home. He told her that they were still grieving over the death of his son and not to politicize his death. The YSRCP leaders in the district were in a dilemma about whether to go ahead with the fast in the town

Suresh, a graduate, used to help his father in farming. His three brothers had secured jobs with the State government and settled in life. He was distressed over the lack of government jobs in the state and unable to help his parents.

His father is afraid that his three children would be harmed if he allows Sharmila to visit his house and pay homage to Suresh.
