Hyderabad: Woman Injured in Jackal Attack in Telangana’s Sircilla District**
A woman sustained injuries after being attacked by a jackal in Maddikunta village, Mustabad mandal, Sircilla district, on Sunday, January 12.
The incident occurred around 6:00 a.m. when Sutrapur Radha was performing household chores outside her house. The jackal, reportedly emerging from a nearby forest, attacked her suddenly. Hearing Radha’s cries for help, the animal fled the scene.
Radha was immediately shifted to the Mustabad Mandal Area Hospital for treatment. In response to the incident, villagers managed to catch the jackal and killed it.
A video of the injured woman has since been circulating on social media, drawing attention to the incident.
