To mark its second anniversary, Wake Up Telangana English Daily hosted a grand celebration, the "Wake Up Telangana Awards", at Hyderabad's esteemed Harihara Kala Bhavan. Launched in 2023, the Wake Up Telangana Awards seek to celebrate and acknowledge outstanding achievements across various categories, highlighting the efforts of those dedicated to public welfare and societal progress.
The inaugural Wake Up Telangana 1 Awards ceremony was held grandly at the Hari Hara Kala Bhavan on June 8, 2023. The event witnessed the distribution of 100 awards across different categories, recognizing the remarkable endeavors of individuals who have positively impacted their communities. Distinguished guests including Telangana Tourism Chairman Gellu Srinivas Yadav, Telangana IT Charminar Jagan, Ex-SETWIN Chairman Mir Inyath Ali Baqri, and Editor-in-Chief of Wake Up Telangana, Mir Qurram Ali, graced the occasion as chief guests.
