Trident Group Launches Karamyogi Recruitment Drive to Hire 3,000 Skilled Individuals Across India

Trident Group, a leading global conglomerate, has announced the launch of its Karamyogi Recruitment Drive, with the goal of hiring 3,000 skilled individuals across India. This initiative demonstrates the company's continued commitment to creating positive change in local communities and contributing to the socio-economic growth of the nation.

The recruitment drive will focus on key locations in Madhya Pradesh (Budhni) and Punjab (Dhaula and Sanghera), prioritizing female applicants and candidates with sports backgrounds. By providing employment to over 3,000 individuals, Trident Group aims to benefit more than 15,000 family members, boosting local economies, enhancing quality of life, and contributing to the national GDP. The initiative also seeks to promote skill development, empower women, and generate valuable tax revenue.

The recruitment process will include online registration, application submission, offline assessments, and skill evaluations. Successful candidates will be placed in various departments such as Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and Administration. The positions will offer a starting salary of INR 50,000 per month for an 8-hour workday, ensuring dignified wages and a better work-life balance.
