Offender of House breaking by day has arrested by PS Kalapathar on 24.12.2024 of South Zone, Hyderabad.

On 14-12-2024 House Breaking by day offence occurred & Stolen jewelry items property of value Rs 3,20,000/- net cash at H. No. 19-2-184/14/6/A, Beside Sadath Kirana store, Ramnasthpura, Kalapathar, Hyderabad, Kalapathar PS limits.
    on 14.12.2024 at 17:00 hrs received an English Typed complaint from Sri. Mohd Yaqoob Qureshi, S/o Mohd. Sardar qureshi, Age:56 yrs, Occ: Business, R/o H. No. 19-2-184/14/6/A, Beside Sadath Kirana store, Ramnasthpura, Kalapathar, Hyderabad, stated that on 14.12.2024 at about 0700 hrs he left for work, by the time his wife, son, and daughter-in-law at home., At about 0900 hrs his son also left for work, Later, at about 1300 hrs his wife make a phone call and informed him that the bedroom almara was found slightly opened, on searching gold ornaments were missing. Upon which he return home, he found that the almara had been opened with the keys, which were kept in a dressing table drawer, and found the gold ornaments/items i.e. 1) Gold Rani Haram weighing about 02 Tulas, 2) 02 no’s of Gold Necklace long weighing about 05 Tulas, 3) Gold Necklace small weighing about 01 Tula 4) Gold lacha/locket weighing  about 02 Tulas, 5) 06 gold bangles weight about 03 Tulas, 6) 02 Gold kada bangles weighing about 02 Tulas, 7)  Ear rings weighing  about 01Tula, total 16 Tulas in weight, (worth about Rs. 3,20,000/-), were missing, after committing offence the almara keys kept in same place and fled away.  He suspects that unknown person entered through the main door and stole the items. On the receipt of complaint registered a case in Cr No. 199/2024, U/s 331(3), 305(a), 317 r/w-3(5) B.N.S (old U/s. 454, 380 IPC)
    While investigating the case, under supervision of senior officers Smt. Sneha Mishra. DCP S/Z, Mohd Majeed, Addl. DCP, S/Z., Sri. M.A Jaweed, ACP, Falaknuma Division formed special team from Kalapathar PS and lead by Mohd. Asif, Inspector, PS Kalapathar, Srinivasulu Sub-Inspector of Police, Shaik Saleem Sub-Inspector and crime team  while searching for the offenders today i.e. 24.12.2024 at about 09.30 hours they received credible information as the offender was roaming  at near water filter area, Chandulal Baradari, on above information Police Kalapathar proceeded and apprehended the offender, during the enquiry she revealed her name as A1 Smt. Zakiya Sultana, W/o. M A Saleem, Age: 46 yrs, Occ: House wife, R/o Near Grave Yard, Mohammed Nagar, Bandlaguda, Hyd she admitted, confessed about the offence and property was seized, that the  property details as 1) Gold Gulab rani Haram 2) Gold necklace small 3) Gold Angoori lacha 4) four Gold bangles 5) Heart shape one pair Ear rings which was used in the commission of offence.

The Motive of Offence
    As per their plan, on 14-12.2024 in morning hours, A1 along with A2 came to Tadbun area, then made surveillance in the area at Ramnaspura, Kalapathar area, they have noticed one house main gate was opened, and found no one is there in the area, then they target the house and A2 left from there and made surveillance on the outside streets, by taking undue advantage, A1 entered in to that house, from there A1 went to First floor through steps. There A1 found that its main door was partially opened.  By Observing that, A1 entered slowly in to the house, and A1 noticed that one old age women was sleeping in hall, A1 observed the hall thoroughly and nothing was found to me. From there A1 notice another room, and the door was closed, and A1 also found another room and door was completely opened, and no one was present in that room.
