International Tiger Day and World Nature Day Celebrated at Nehru Zoological Park, Hyderabad
Over 685 Students from 38 Schools Participate in Daylong Events and Competitions
International Tiger Day and World Nature Day were celebrated today at Nehru Zoological Park in Hyderabad with a series of daylong events for school students. Approximately 685 students from 38 schools, including 7 government and 31 private schools, participated in various competitions. Additionally, 10 participants took part in a photography competition. Despite the overcast weather, students enthusiastically engaged in drawing, painting, quiz, and elocution contests.

Hiremath, IFS, Director (FAC) & Curator of Nehru Zoological Park, Hyderabad, expressed gratitude to all the students and schools for their interest and participation in the wildlife education and awareness programs. Smt. A. Nagamani, Deputy Curator of Nehru Zoological Park, Hyderabad, also appreciated and congratulated the participants for making the awareness program a grand success.
