The grand opening ceremony of Astra 1 Fitness Studio, a unisex gym located in Kismatpur, above Baalyam School and near SBI Bank, is set to take place with several esteemed guests.

He believes that fitness is essential in today's fast-paced life, where people often neglect their physical health. Goud encouraged everyone to make time for exercise to maintain overall well-being .

Unique Feature

The gym's owner announced that Astra 1 Fitness Studio will be open continuously from  Timings 5.30am to 11.30 pm   with no closing during non-peak hours. This flexibility will allow clients to work out at their preferred time, with a trainer always available to guide them.
