BRS questions Revanth Reddy’s silence over links between Maxbien Pharma, Medicover Hospitals
BRS spokesperson Manne Krishank gave a strong counter to the claims of Medicover Hospitals that the hospital had no links with Maxbien Pharma
BRS spokesperson Manne Krishank questioned Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy‘s silence on the alleged involvement of his family members in Maxbien Pharma. He also gave a strong counter to the claims of Medicover Hospitals that the hospital had no links with Maxbien Pharma and Dr Annam Sharath, demanding the Congress for a clarification.
On Wednesday, BRS working president KT Rama Rao had exposed the connections of Maxbien Pharma involving Revanth Reddy’s son-in-law, Goluguri Satyanarayana Reddy and Dr Annam Sharath, for which land was being acquired at Lagacherla and surrounding areas. In response, Medicover, reportedly under pressure from the Chief Minister’s Office, issued a statement distancing itself from Maxbien Pharma and Dr Annam Sharath.
Addressing the media at Telangana Bhavan on Thursday, Krishank presented shareholding documents connecting Goluguri Satyanarayana Reddy and Dr Annam Sharath who hold substantial stakes in Maxbien Pharma, SVS Fertility Management, and Sahrudaya Healthcare which owns Medicover Hospitals separately.
“Maxbien Pharma’s share list reveals that Goluguri Satyanarayana Reddy holds 16,92,000 shares, while Dr Annam Sharath has 1,00,800 shares. Additionally, SVS Facility Management Services Private Limited owned by Dr Sharath has 20,33,333 shares in Maxbein Pharma. Dr Sharath is also a partner in Sahrudaya Healthcare Private Limited and has 5,08,888 shares in the company,” he stated.
He pointed to HDFC bank statements showing transactions between Maxbien Pharma, Dr. Annam Sharath, and Goluguri Satyanarayana Reddy, along with a registered email address linked to Medicover Hospitals, contradicting Medicover’s denial of having any association with Maxbein Pharma. “Revanth calls this a conspiracy, but the signatures, shareholding records, and bank transactions tell a different story,” he said.
