Cummins India Limited, a leading provider of power solutions, unveiled a cutting-edge range of aftermarket solutions for backup power gensets, construction, and mining sectors at the 7th edition of baumaCONEXPO India 2024.
The newly launched solutions include the DATUM S fuel management system, OptiNAS+ Hydraulic Oil Filter, and DGBlue Diesel Exhaust Fluid for CPCBIV+ compliant gensets. These innovations are designed to address the tough operational conditions of the construction and mining industries while adhering to stringent emission standards.

In July 2024, Cummins India launched its full range of gensets, up to 800 kVA, that meet CPCBIV+ emission standards. At baumaCONEXPO, the company is showcasing its 125 kVA model, designed to reduce particulate matter (PM) and nitrogen oxides (NOx) emissions by up to 90%. These gensets feature built-in telematics for real-time performance monitoring and proactive maintenance, ensuring improved fuel efficiency, reduced emissions, and minimized downtime across sectors like infrastructure, healthcare, and hospitality.

• DATUM S Intelligent Fuel Management: An extension of Cummins’ fuel management solutions, DATUM S transforms traditional fuel storage systems into smart, app-based solutions, offering real-time data analytics and credit facilities to improve transparency and minimize fuel loss.

• DGBlue Diesel Exhaust Fluid: Essential for diesel engines with Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) technology, DGBlue reduces harmful NOx emissions, improves engine performance, and ensures longevity by preventing catalytic converter issues.
