A seminar focusing on women’s gut health brought together leading experts to emphasize integrated healthcare solutions, evidence-based research, and nutrition-driven initiatives. Organized by the Celiac Society of India in collaboration with Illness to Wellness and supported by Apollo Hospitals, the event took place at the India Habitat Centre, drawing participation from healthcare professionals, researchers, and the general public.
The discussions addressed critical women-specific health concerns, such as hormonal imbalances, fertility issues, PCOS, and the impact of gut microbiome health on overall well-being.

In her keynote address, Ms. Ishi Khosla underscored the central role of gut health in women’s well-being. “Gut health influences hormonal balance, fertility, and mental health.
