Nibav Home Lifts Unveils Fifth and Largest Manufacturing Facility in Chennai

Chennai: Nibav Home Lifts, Asia's largest home elevator brand, has inaugurated its fifth and most extensive manufacturing facility at SIPCOT, Irungatukottai, Chennai. This new state-of-the-art plant spans 100,000 sq. ft. and significantly boosts the company’s production capacity to 15,000 units annually, doubling its previous output.

The facility is dedicated to producing the latest Nibav Series 4 home elevators, meeting the increasing global demand. With this expansion, the company is set to generate 450 job opportunities, strengthening the local economy and fostering skill development in advanced manufacturing.

Equipped with cutting-edge technology, the plant includes laser-cut machines, CNC systems, a powder coating unit, robotic machinery, and a test tower. A dedicated R&D lab within the facility aims to further enhance the design and technology behind Nibav’s air-driven home lifts, emphasizing innovation and quality.

Speaking at the launch, Mr. Vimal Babu, CEO and Founder of Nibav Home Lifts, remarked, "This new flagship facility is a landmark in Nibav’s journey.
