May 26 (Ravi Kumar): Hyderabad Water Supply and Sewerage Board has organised for ‘Workplace Safety Standards and Awareness’ program at Venkatrao Nagar Colony of Kukatpally division on Thursday. The program was attended by local Corporators Jupally Satyanarayana and Madhavaram Roja Devi Ranga Rao who presided over as guest of honour.

Speaking over the occasion Dy. General Manager Venkateshwara Rao said, safety Day with the goal of raising awareness and commitment to working safely. The Water Works department established to raise public awareness of all safety principles, including road safety, workplace safety, human health safety, and environmental safety. This program is also intended to reaffirm employees’ and the general public’s commitment to working safely throughout the year. Finally, it aims to highlight the importance of following safety regulations and measures in order to avoid workplace mishaps.
