Sangareddy, May 30:  Sangareddy District SP Chennuri Rupesh I.P.S held a review meeting with the police officers at the Sangareddy District Police Office. The SP said that the HoP elections have ended peacefully and the final and crucial counting phase of the elections has reached, and the district officials have been instructed to make robust arrangements for the counting to be held at Gitam Engineering College on 4th June.

 

It has been suggested that special parking should be provided for the vehicles of leaders and activists of various political parties coming for counting. Barricades are arranged at the room, no one is allowed without entry passes. He said to thoroughly check everyone inside the counting hall and not allow any prohibited items.

 

After the counting starts, there will be an announcement at Pont after each round of media that no one should be discouraged by. After the counting, it was suggested that the district should be organized so that no untoward incidents take place in the district.

 

It is advised to take special measures to control the supply of fake seeds. The SP said that there will be special vigilance against those who cheat the farmers by selling fake seeds and criminal cases will be registered for selling fake seeds. The SHOs were advised to work with the agriculture officers of the villages to identify fake seeds.

 

Candidates appearing for the Group-I examination to be held on 9th June were advised to make all kinds of arrangements to ensure that there is no delay in the examination and to set up sign boards from the main road to go to each examination centre. Candidates are advised to strictly follow the instructions in the hall ticket that no one will be allowed to appear for the examination after 10 am and candidates should reach the examination center one hour earlier.

 

The District SP  Chennuri Rupesh highlighted the three issues at the meeting and said that Counting is a key point for HoP elections. Strong arrangements for counting on June 4. Iron foot on fake seeds, fake seed are not allowed in the district.  Group – I examination should be conducted with strict security measures.
