Sangareddy District Police Office Hosts Training Program for New Laws. SP said that new laws to be implemented from July 1. Every police officer should be aware of the new laws. District Judge Radhakrishna Chavan attends as chief guest for the training classes on new laws.

Sangareddy, June 01: On Saturday the Sangareddy Dsitrict Police Organised traning classes for district police at Office of the Sangareddy District Police. Addressing the district police officers and staff who attended the training classes organized at the district police office, the SP said that the Government of India has taken a decision to implement new laws across the country from July 1st and accordingly, they will have to move forward following the new laws from July 1st. He said that every officer and staff should have full understanding about the new laws, and as part of this training classes will be organized for all the district police.

New Acts (1) Bharathiya Niyay Sanhita, (2) Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita and (3) Bharatiya Sakshiya Adhiniyam Acts-2023. SP explained that they can perform thier duties efficiently only when we have full understanding of these laws, and we can only achieve this when we have the desire to learn to understand new laws.

Later, District Judge Radhakrishna Chavan briefly explained the changed sections and chapters to everyone. Immediately after the implementation of the new laws, it is necessary to have a complete understanding of all the sections so that no problems arise, only after receiving the complaints from the victims, under which sections should a case be registered, who is eligible for station bail, how to prepare the charge sheet, how the investigating officers should act in deciding the punishments for the accused, etc. Explained about the changes in the new law on the topics. Questions asked by the staff were answered with explanations.

Later, Additional SP. A. Sanjiva Rao said that the Indian justice system has faced many challenges and many laws are being framed for public safety as per the need. He said that through the new laws, there will be a change in the investigation of cases, procedures and investigation methods and it will be possible to serve the people more effectively. All officers and staff are advised to learn the new laws.
