Signature Global Targets Rs 10,000 Crore Revenue by March 2026

Realty firm Signature Global plans to deliver 16 million square feet of real estate by March 2026, a move expected to generate Rs 10,000 crore in revenue. The company, which has a significant presence in Gurugram, is focusing on both new launches and the completion of ongoing projects.

The delivery target covers 25 projects, primarily residential, and will contribute to the projected Rs 10,000 crore revenue. Aggarwal highlighted strong housing demand in Gurugram and revealed plans to launch projects worth Rs 50,000 crore over the next three years as part of the company’s expansion strategy.

Signature Global has been active in acquiring land parcels in Delhi-NCR through outright purchases and joint development agreements. Aggarwal noted that the company has already launched projects worth Rs 14,000 crore this fiscal year and expects to achieve its Rs 16,000 crore launch target by the year-end.

In the first half of the fiscal, the company achieved pre-sales of Rs 5,900 crore, surpassing last year’s figure of Rs 1,860 crore for the same period. Total sales bookings are expected to exceed the Rs 10,000 crore guidance for this fiscal year.

Last month, Signature Global reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 4.15 crore for the September quarter, compared to a Rs 19.92 crore net loss in the same period last year.
