Waqf approves land for 29 minority residential schools

The Waqf Board allotted land on lease for the construction of 29 Telangana minority residential schools, and help young Muslims to get jobs through skill development courses at a meeting held on Monday.The board meeting held under the chairmanship of Mohd Saleem, chairman, discussed a total of 78 items. It was unanimously resolved to allot Waqf land on lease for the construction of 29 Telangana minority residential schools in the state.  It also resolved to train young Muslims who are facing difficulties in getting jobs will undergo skill development courses while others in self-employment.They constituted 18 managing committees of various Masjids, 5 Muthawallis were appointed and four construction permission were granted besides the Waqf Regulation 2021 was approved. Mohd Saleem informed said that many steps were taken to protect the Waqf properties and to develop it and provide financial help for needy people and medical purposes.Members Janab Moulvi Alhaj Waheed Ahmed Advocate, Janab Akber Nizamuddin Hussani, Zaker Hussain Javid, Mirza Anwar Baig Malik Mohtashim Khan, Nisar Hussain Hyder Agha, and Shawanawaz Qasim chief executive officer attended the meeting.
