Chief Minister KCR and Family Celebrate Auspicious Dasara Puja at Pragati Bhavan in Hyderabad"
Telangana Chief Minister and BRS President, K. Chandrasheker Rao, along with his family members, conducted a special religious ceremony to pay their respects to Deity Nalla Pochamma.
During this auspicious occasion, CM KCR took part in various rituals, including the Shami Puja, Vahana Puja, Ayudha Puja, and Ashirvachanam, seeking blessings for the well-being, success, and prosperity of the people of the state.
The Vijayadashami festival was celebrated with great religious fervor at Pravati Bhavan on Monday. Chief Minister Sri K. Chandrashekhar Rao and his family members performed a special puja at the Nalla Pochamma Ammavari temple, accompanied by Vedic scholars chanting hymns. The CM's wife, Smt. Shobhamma, his son, Minister Sri KT Rama Rao, daughter-in-law Smt. Shailima, and grandson Himanshu were all present for this solemn occasion. The family conducted the Shami Puja, with priests performing a traditional puja to the 'Jammi Chettu,' invoking blessings for success.
During the ceremony, the CM observed the presence of a Palapitta (Indian Roller), considered an auspicious sign. Following tradition, CM KCR, along with his grandson Himanshu, participated in the Vahana Puja, a special ritual organized during the Dasara festival. Later, the Chief Minister partook in the Ayudha Puja, conducted in a traditional manner by Vedic scholars. Following the puja, officials and staff at Pragati Bhavan sought blessings from CM KCR,
