Syed Mubeen Crime Reporter In a significant breakthrough, the Jubilee Hills Police have successfully apprehended three individuals involved in a theft that saw gold, silver, and diamond ornaments worth approximately ₹10 lakh stolen from a premises in Jubilee Hills. The stolen items have since been recovered, and the accused are now facing criminal charges. The theft occurred on July 18, 2024, when the three accused, who had been employed as watchmen at a residential property on Road No. 54, Jubilee Hills, allegedly stole valuable jewelry to fulfill personal financial obligations, including renovating their homes in their native villages. The case came to light when the victim reported the theft, prompting a swift investigation by local authorities. ### Accused Identified The arrested individuals have been identified as:

  • *Revu Suresh*, 30, a watchman from Gopal Nagar, Hafeezpet, Cyberabad, originally from Drakshaaram Village, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh.
  • *Aviti Palla Rao @ Pallaiah*, 52, a watchman from Madhapur, originally from Thadepally Gudem, West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh.
  • *Touti Subba Rao*, 38, a watchman from Madhapur, originally from Nelaparthipadu Village, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh.
  • *Yogesh Shanthilal Jain*, 37, a jeweler and receiver of stolen goods, from Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.

  • Gold Chains (2)
  • Gold Locket (1)
  • Platinum Diamond Rings (2)

  • Silver Bowl (1)
  • Vinayaka Gold Idol (1)

Following the arrests, the police recovered the following items:

  • Silver Plates (1)
  • Silver Bowl (1)
  • Silver Spoon (1)
  • Gold Chain (1)
  • Platinum Diamond Ring (1)
  • Venkateshwara Gold Lockets (3)
  • Gold Chain (approx. 2 grams)
  • Gold Ring (approx. 12 grams)
  • Cash amounting to ₹5,97,000

### Investigation and Arrests The arrests were made after a thorough investigation led by Sri. R. Madhusudhan, Additional Inspector of Jubilee Hills Police Station, and supported by the Crime Team. The investigation was carried out under the guidance of Sri. K. Venkateshwara Reddy, SHO of Jubilee Hills PS, and under the close supervision of Sri. P. Venkatagiri, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Jubilee Hills Division. The police have expressed their satisfaction at cracking the case and bringing the culprits to justice.
