On the occasion of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar's 68th death anniversary, a solemn tribute was paid to the iconic leader at the Osmania Arts College campus, organized by the BRSV and Telangana Jagruti. The event was marked by offering floral tributes to Dr. Ambedkar's portrait in remembrance of his unparalleled contributions to the Indian society.

Speaking on the occasion, Kattam Shiva, the State General Secretary of BRSV, highlighted Dr. Ambedkar's relentless struggle against untouchability and discrimination. He described the great leader as a tireless advocate for the upliftment of Dalits, backward classes, and marginalized communities, emphasizing that Dr. Ambedkar sacrificed his life for the betterment of the nation. Shiva recalled that despite strong opposition, Dr. Ambedkar introduced the Hindu Code Bill and the BC Reservation Bill in the Parliament after India's independence, standing firm on his principles. He even resigned from his position as the Law Minister, not allowing any compromise on his vision for social justice.Other prominent personalities present at the event included BRSV State Secretary Man Ashok Yadav, Telangana Jagruti Student Wing Secretary Lingam, Greater Hyderabad President Anand, Kamalakar Reddy, BRSV State Leaders Rambabu Yadav, Malles, Surya Prakash, and others.
