Errabelli flays Kishan Reddy’s ’empty promises’ to Telangana
Hyderabad:
wake up telangana
Panchayat Raj Minister Errabelli Dayakar Rao told the Union Tourism Minister G Kishan Reddy to refrain from commenting on the Telangana Government and demanded that he should present facts and figures to people instead of making false allegations against the government.
Likening Reddy to BJP state president Bandi Sanjay and TPCC president A Revanth Reddy, Dayakar Rao told media persons on Saturday that Kishan Reddy has failed to protect the interests of Telangana. Despite being in the Union cabinet for the last two years, he said his party had made ‘empty promises.’
He claimed that no state can compete with Telangana’s welfare schemes and criticized the Central government for failing to extend special assistance to the state. He also said that Telangana was lagging in tourism and wanted the Union tourism minister to disclose his plans for developing the same.
Rao also criticized the BJP leaders from the Centre for “replicating” welfare schemes introduced by the ruling TRS government in Telangana. The government whip and TRS MLA Balka Suman rubbished Kishan Reddy’s criticism of “dynastic politics” in TRS and stated that the BJP was no exception to family politics either.
