Nothing Expands Service Network with New Service Centres in Hyderabad and Chennai
London-based consumer tech brand Nothing, the fastest-growing phone brand in India according to Counterpoint Research, has announced the expansion of its exclusive service network. This move comes amidst the company’s remarkable growth of approximately 646% in Q3 2024, as reported by CyberMedia Research.
Marking a significant milestone, Nothing inaugurated its exclusive service centre in Hyderabad on November 25, followed by Chennai on November 26. These additions increase the company’s exclusive service centre network from three to five locations nationwide, joining existing centres in Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru.

To further strengthen its customer service infrastructure, Nothing has introduced priority exclusive service desks at five multi-brand service centres in Kolkata, Gurgaon, Cochin, Ahmedabad, and Lucknow, with plans to add 20 more across India. These desks promise quick and efficient service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Additionally, Nothing India offers a pickup and drop service across 18,000 pin codes, enhancing accessibility and convenience for customers nationwide.

These state-of-the-art centres provide a unique customer experience, featuring hands-on product zones, retro gaming consoles, refreshments, and ESD-compliant repair facilities.
