EPACK Prefab Constructs 151,000 Sq. Ft. Factory in Record-Breaking 150 Hours Using PEB Technology
Mambattu, Andhra Pradesh: EPACK Prefab, a leading manufacturer of pre-engineered buildings (PEB), has constructed a 151,000-square-foot factory in just 150 hours at Sri City, Mambattu. This achievement, recognized by the Golden Book of World Records, highlights EPACK’s expertise in rapid construction using prefabrication and PEB technology.
The project was meticulously executed, with the primary structure completed in 48 hours, roofing by the 90th hour, and cladding by the 120th hour. The building is now fully operational, showcasing the potential of prefabricated construction to address industrial infrastructure demands quickly and sustainably.
