The Nayak Budokan Karate Academy held a special training weapon camp, drawing enthusiastic participation from 150 students hailing from Maharashtra, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana. The event was held at the Laxmsvara Kalyana Mandapam and supported by former president Damodar Reddy. The camp featured Chief Guest Chandrayan Gutta Constituency Congress Party MLA contestant Boya Naresh, who emphasized the importance of self-defense, especially for girls, in today's society. Karate, recognized as an Olympic sport, was highlighted as a valuable skill for personal protection. The event was spearheaded by senior instructor Shiv Prasad Raju, along with Master P. Ganesh Nayak, the president of NBKA, and notable instructors Master K. Ravinder, Master M. Vasu Dev, Master P. Rahul, and female senior instructors R. Parveena and Srinita Yadav. Participants of all ages engaged in rigorous training sessions, reflecting the academy's commitment to inclusivity and skill development. The successful camp underscored the importance of martial arts in fostering discipline, confidence, and self-defense capabilities among its practitioners
