Toyota Kirloskar Motor Launches TMSS to Revolutionize India’s Pre-Owned Car Market

Bangalore: Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) has launched its new subsidiary, Toyota Mobility Solutions and Services India Pvt. Ltd. (TMSS), based in Bidadi, Karnataka. This move marks a significant leap in transforming India’s pre-owned car market, aligning with Toyota’s philosophy of quality, durability, and reliability.

TMSS aims to set new benchmarks by offering high-quality certified pre-owned Toyota vehicles, refurbished with genuine parts and processes. Key offerings include trade-in programs, robust after-sales support like warranties and roadside assistance, and a “one price for all” policy to ensure transparent and fair pricing.

TMSS has already achieved a milestone of retailing 1,000 certified pre-owned cars through its outlets in Bangalore, Delhi, and Guwahati. According to Atul Sood, President & Director, this success highlights the company’s commitment to trust and transparency.

TMSS plans to expand to metropolitan and tier-2 cities by 2030, offering a seamless experience through digital and physical platforms. Takashi Takamiya, Director of TMSS, emphasized the meticulous refurbishment process, prioritizing safety and reliability, while Varinder Kumar Wadhwa, Director, outlined the roadmap for nationwide growth.
