HYDRAA to Provide 970 Contract Jobs in Hyderabad

The recruits will be responsible for assisting HYDRAA in safeguarding water bodies, parks, open spaces in layouts, government lands, and nalas extending up to the Outer Ring Road (ORR).

The Hyderabad Disaster Response & Asset Protection Agency (HYDRAA) is set to offer 970 contract jobs in the city. According to a report in TNIE, the agency plans to hire 203 managers and 767 assistants on an outsourcing basis for a one-year period.

HYDRAA to Hire for Water Body Protection in Hyderabad

The recruits will be tasked with helping HYDRAA protect water bodies, parks, open spaces in layouts, government lands, and nalas up to the Outer Ring Road (ORR). Their duties will include identifying unauthorized constructions and encroachments, as well as removing encroachments from footpaths, lakes, parks, and other public spaces in Hyderabad.

Seven Job Packages

The selected candidates will be divided into seven packages: two for managers and five for assistants. The estimated total salary expenditure for the year is over Rs 31.70 crore.

Managers are expected to receive a monthly salary of Rs 22,750, while assistants will earn Rs 19,500 per month.
